OUR VISION

Homestead 32 Wedding Venue wants to align with your vision for your special day. We pride ourselves on our work ethic and ability to collaborate with our clientele to help create the perfect place on the Cumberland Plateau to match their dream wedding.  At Homestead 32 Wedding Venue , we call ourselves an "90/10 venue". We include 90% of what you need: Planning Support with a beginning point with Vendor and Lodging lists, plus more, Coordinating from beginning to end, Decor Selections with our on staff designer, Silk Floral Options, Set Up and Clean up all provided. You determine the Food, Fresh Florals, DJ, and Photographer. Those services are not included in our package prices. We offer a minimum of  2 Homestead 32 staff members on site during your event.  We will also be by your side through monthly (or daily) check in's with unlimited text, calls and emails to help ensure the perfect day.      The Wayman: Micro-Wedding Package

Our 8 hour Micro-Wedding package for you and 50 guests.  All times are from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm (some exceptions my apply).  Package price of $4500 plus a $500 refundable deposit due at time of booking your date; includes: planning support, coordinating, decor and decor set up, trash removal and one hour for rehearsal the night before from 5 pm to 6pm Central Time. This packages is only available March to August yet call for availability for other dates.

The Morgan Experience

​The  Morgan Package includes ALL of the following for one price: 

​

  • Access to Venue and to the Outside Grounds from Monday 9 am - Sunday 10 AM to drop off your persoanl items, Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner plus time after your wedding to remove personal items or come back Sunday.

  • Set up for a rehearsal dinner for up to 50 - 3 hours total with rehearsal

  • Two Separate Dressing/staging Rooms for Bridal Party and Groomsmen in the Venue

  • Access to Effie's Catering Kitchen

  • Guest Tables  & various other small sized tables for cake, guest book, and/or wedding gifts, sweetheart table, memory table and more.

  • Pressed tablecloths in White, Black, Dusty Blue, Dark Jade or Beige 

  • 200 White Event Folder Chairs

  • Clean and Stocked Restrooms

  • Area for Live Entertainment or DJ

  • Custom Craftsman Wooden Arbors: Rectangle, Hexagon, Cross

  • Bar w/ Shelf for Bartender and/or Non-Alcoholic Beverages

  • Gas Fireplace and two tower heaters for main room

  • 2 night stay at The Bridal Barn 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 6, w/ 3 Salon Stations. Check out time 10:00 AM Sunday.

  • On Staff Designer with our decor for ceremony and reception decor

  • Planning Support, Coordinating, & Decorating services are included 

  • At least 2 Homestead 32 team members in attendance to decorate, set up and clean up, moving chairs, tables, and as a point of contact if anything is needed on the day of your rehearsal and ceremony.

  • Unlimited text, calls, emails and scheduled meetings.

  • Successful Vendor Lists in all areas yet everyone is welcome.

The Kimway Experience

The Kimway Experience includes ALL of the following for one price:

 

  • Access to Venue and to the Outside Grounds from Monday 9 am to Sunday 10 AM for Scheduled time & Rehearsal.

  • May schedule Sunday pick up time for personal items at Venue. 

  • Two Separate Dressing/staging Rooms for Bridal Party and Groomsmen in the Venue

  • Access to Effie's Catering Kitchen

  • Guest Tables,  & various other small sized tables for cake, guest book, and/or wedding gifts, sweetheart table, memory, table and more

  • Pressed tablecloths in White, Black, Dusty Blue, Dark Jade or Beige Floor 

  • 200 White Event Folder Chairs
